Henry Lucas

Henry believes everyone can get better, to heal. His purpose in life is to do just this: to help and heal others. He found recovery in 2008 and it changed him into the person he is today.

Henry is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical alcohol drug counselor in the staff of Kentucky. He graduated from the University of Louisville with a Master’s Degree of Science in Social Work. He is certified in EMDR and a certified psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute.

Henry currently owns Louisville Health & Healing, an outpatient mental health practice. He is also the owner of Goobersfriends and published author of Maximize: 7 Mindshifts to Maximize Key Areas of your Life.

Henry is grateful to be present in his life today as a father and husband. He loves his family more than anything and without love, support, and recovery, that would not be possible.
